It talk about how the kids dealing with this are put into a greater risk for having health issues then kids that aren't dealing with this. The article that this quote was taken from talks about the affects parental drug abuse has on kids and their futures. I think this quote will really strengthen my argument on stopping this issue and bettering kids lives.
